Our support team helps with account access, orders, payments, technical issues, and questions about the Service. This policy explains how to contact us and what information helps us resolve issues efficiently.
Use the support ticket system or the current contact channel published on the website. Submit one ticket per issue and use a clear subject. Never send passwords, full card numbers, authentication codes, API secrets, or other sensitive credentials.
For order requests, include the order number, service name, a short description, and relevant screenshots or timestamps. For payment requests, include the transaction reference, amount, currency, payment method, and payment date. Never include private payment credentials.
Tickets are reviewed in the order received, with priority given to security, payment, and account-access issues. Response time varies with ticket volume, issue complexity, provider response times, and the completeness of the information supplied. A response time is not a guarantee of a particular resolution or delivery time.
We can investigate an order only when the order details are accurate and the request is submitted through an approved support channel. Some services depend on third-party platforms or external providers. Do not create duplicate orders while an issue is being reviewed unless support instructs you to do so.
Payment issues must include the transaction reference and requested payment details. We investigate duplicate charges, failed payments, pending deposits, and eligible refund requests according to the available records. Contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate; this does not remove any rights you have under applicable law.
For account recovery or security concerns, we may ask for reasonable information to verify ownership. We will never ask for your password or one-time security code. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and contact support.
Support must not be used for abusive, threatening, discriminatory, fraudulent, or unlawful content, or repeated tickets intended to disrupt service. We may close or restrict tickets that breach this requirement while preserving legitimate support requests.
We may update this Support Policy as our support channels and Service change. The current version will remain available on this page.
